		<description>The plan is to start accelerator tuneup in February and to put beam in the accelerator probably in early/mid March.  The accelerator would run until late November with protons colliding with protons at 7 TeV.  Then the machine will swap over colliding lead ions and run until a week or two before Christmas.

Then a month or three of shutdown for the holidays and run in 2012 much like in 2011.  The energy at which the accelerator will run in 2012 will be revisited at the January meeting in 2012.  It could be still 7 TeV, or possibly 8 TeV.

2013 will come with a 12-18 month shutdown to fix the magnet connections and hopefully return running in 2014 at 14 TeV.</description>

		<description>and to think that if 3.5 only half the capable energy that the collider can run, may reveal higgs or any unknown bosons to hopefully one day lead to supersymmetry. how far back in time do we look at 7 TeV? and if we dont find a particle of gravity then we just have to look harder. much to exciting either way! i wish you the best data goers! sorry old friend but imagination now gets it wings from knowledge. or not :-)</description>
