		<description>Thanks for pointing that out Chris.   I agree completely that the specifics of Open Access are important, and not really covered as part of the steps I mention.   However, the fact that the terms of the debate have been changed is already major news.   Hopefully we all all be working together to define what Open Access in our field will eventually look like.</description>
